DANK SIDE OF THE MOON
A New England-Style IPA, Dank Side of the Moon is bursting with juicy hop flavor and aroma. Heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops—this beer is intensely drinkable thanks to a restrained bitterness and a soft, full-body to match its juicy profile.

BLUEWATER HEFEWEIZEN
Fermented with a traditional Bavarian Weizen yeast, Bluewater Hefeweizen is a German-inspired wheat ale with a Floridian twist. Restrained amounts of grapefruit, coriander, and peppercorn provide additional citrus zest notes which pair nicely with the yeast’s clove and ripe banana notes.

BEAR CREEK BROWN
An ale that lives somewhere between an English Brown and an American Amber, this beer features the best characteristics in many classic pub ales. A healthy amount of imported English Crystal Malts create a complex malt profile with nutty, toffee, and dark fruit notes. British Ale yeast further reinforces the malts with subtle fruity esters.

BOGGY BAYOU STOUT
Brewed with lactose, vanilla, and cacao nibs, this Milk Stout’s sweet and decadent adjuncts pair perfectly with its complex malt profile. Notes of roast, dark fruit, and caramel intermingle with bittersweet chocolate and vanilla. This stout’s sessionable strength and body also provides the opportunity to enjoy more than one pint!

LUMINOUS CLOUD
Brewed in the same fashion as a New England-style IPA, this Hazy Pale Ale provides a juicy and citrusy hop profile; but in a beer that boasts a lighter body and more sessionable ABV. Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops provide a burst of citrus, stone fruit, and earthy dank tones. Generous amounts of flaked oats provide a soft body to round out this Pale’s hop profile.

BEACH BOHEMIAN
The beauty of this Czech Pilsner lies in its restraint and simplicity: 100% imported Pilsner malt and 100% Czech Saaz hops. Subtle notes of cracker and honey from the Pilsner malt pairs with the subtle grassiness and spice of European Noble Hops. A clean and crisp finish makes this the perfect go-to for kicking back and enjoying the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Panhandle Pale Ale
This Pale has been a part of our lineup since the beginning, and it remains a nod to the classic American Pales born on the West Coast. A bready, cracker-like malt profile pairs with 100% Cascade hops to provide a classic floral, citrus hop profile.

West Coast Hipster
We created this West Coast IPA to provide a stark contrast to an increasingly ubiquitous market of New England IPAs. We created a simple, highly fermentable malt profile and paired it with classic West Coast hops late in the boil and in the dry-hop. The result is a dry IPA bursting with Pine, Citrus, and Dank aromas and flavors.

Fruit Sequence Fruited Sours
A constantly evolving sequence of fruit-driven inspirations, we create a base, golden, kettle-sour as a blank canvas for whatever additions we can think of! From cranberry salad in the winter, to pink lemonade in the summer, we like to get creative with a varying combination of real fruit purees and spices to tap into the nostalgia of some of our favorite desserts and drinks.

Cosmic Origins
One of our most labor-intensive brews, we max out our mash tun twice to collect a full kettle of only the first runnings, which contain the highest concentration of sugars possible. We then employ an extended boil of 4 hours to further concentrate and caramelize the sugars for this imperial stout. The resulting beer spends a year in bourbon barrels to impart even more complexity and hints of booze. After its long rest in barrels, we add Grade A vanilla beans and imported cinnamon to add further richness and warmth.
