Country Music - Josh Davis live @ 3rd Planet Sept 13

Josh Davis is a combat disabled veteran using outlaw and classic country music to overcome PTSD/TBI. His soulful and transparent lyrics and baritone voice combine to form a musical experience, designed to take the listener on a journey to simpler times. Josh uses songwriting as a form of mindfulness, to overcome trauma and process loss. Josh started playing music at age 7. Josh started performing at age 12. He has a heavily blues-influenced background, which surfaces with soul-touching lyrics. Josh was the drummer with Death Row Pardon, a Christian Hard-Rock band in the late ’90s. Josh now plays country music which blends an old style of country music with new and modern sounds. The result is music that takes you away from the cares and concerns of the immediate world into a simpler time. Josh just released his first studio-recorded single titled “Paw Paw’s Song”, in Feb of 2022. He has since released Heartbeat, The Other Side of Goodbye, I Don’t Miss You, Anymore, Leper’s Call, Cowboy Boots and Angels, Wanderer, Whiskey Dreams, The Whiskey, Her Memory, and Me, and “Us”. Josh finished recording “The End of Us” in June of 2023 and it will release Summer of 2023
